As a Florida native some people call me a unicorn as for there aren't many of us here...most people move from another great state. I was born in Key West but have lived in Central Florida most of my life. My professional career started in the restaurant industry as a hostess & ended as a manager of Bonefish Grill where I learned a great work ethic & true hospitality. I was chosen to work with the great Properties of The Villages for just over a year to received astonishing knowledge of the community from the source itself (priceless experience). I have now come to my forever position here at the prestigious Realty Executives in The Villages. I love my job. To be able to help people in such an important way is so rewarding to me.

On a personal note, I am married to a gentleman that goes by our last name, Pierce. He runs the beautiful Eisenhower Recreation Center here in The Villages. We are the ecstatically proud parents of thirteen year old identical twin daughters, Lana & Jordyn. I can honestly say that I live for being a mother. Children are such an enormous responsibility that I don't take lightly. You only get one shot at molding an outstanding person. The girls go to the Charter School which is an amazing opportunity for them to be in such an enriching environment. My in-laws, Cathy & Frank, live here in the Village of Poinciana. To say my family is a little vested into The Villages is pretty accurate...lol. There is no place like this on Earth & we are happy to praise it for the impressive community that it is.

From a Realtor perspective, I have a genuine concern for anyone that I am fortunate enough to be able to work with. Some tell me that I care too much but how is that possible? I will try all that I can to ensure a smooth transition for all parties involved. Due to my experience/education I am a wealth of information and am not afraid to share it. I would rather talk you out of the wrong house than into it for sure. Your best interest is always top of mind. If you are selling we will decide together what price range the home will fit best in the current market. Through hard work & dedication we will reach your most promising outcome. My vow is to diligently market homes, search for the best fit homes, to think outside the box whenever possible, negotiate the best terms, be reasonably available to you whenever needed, have good communication, work hard and to share as much of my knowledge as you wish to have.
